Make an Impact Through COACHIng

One of the most effective ways to sustain the impact of a group workshop experience is to extend the learning through one-on-one coaching.  The process for coaching is highly individualized, and every client’s experience is unique.  Most clients initially commit to an average of four to six coaching sessions, typically once or twice a month, for one hour.  Some clients feel that their objectives have been met after a few sessions, while others choose to extend the relationship indefinitely, to have an ongoing accountability partner.  Coaching can be done over the phone or in person, depending on location and client preference.
